A large business center will appear in the Ostankino district under the UNK project

Ostankino Business Park office cluster will be built in the northeast of Moscow according to the UNK project. The architects of the bureau designed the interiors of the entrances alongside the exterior of the complex. The business park will be 5.5 hectares in size. The buildings are 12-story office buildings. The lower floors will be used for public functions such as municipal services, stores, and cafés with summer verandas. The panoramic glazing will give a stunning view of the inner square in front of the business center buildings, the TV Tower, the "Ostankino" park, and the "Moscow City" business center. Ground-level entrances to buildings will be barrier-free. The project is based on "green" architecture and multifunctionality principles. Each block will be unique in terms of pattern and color. You can open the ventilation windows in the complex to let natural ventilation in addition to air conditioning indoors.
