Ostrov, the 3rd Quarter

One of the most large-scale projects of the capital - the Ostrov Residential Complex, the general designer of which is UNK project, is being built in the Mnevnikovskaya Floodplain.
Architects are designing seven blocks of the Residential Complex, with a total area of over half a million square meters. The main idea is to create a diverse environment. All the buildings have a markedly different architecture, while work is performing under a single concept.

In the 3rd block, the image of the Complex is inspired by an urban homestead, which is characterized by classical approaches. The regular rhythm of the facade grid, the colonnade, and the highlighting of the attic floor are used to create this image.
