RC “Beliy Gorod”

The active height discontinuity affected space-planning decisions in a certain degree having functionally differentiated a transport and pedestrian zone into two levels: transport and parking and foot and park zones.

The architectural "ordered randomness" of the concept of the apartment building and the existing building of the territory of the village of townhouses "Beliy gorod" call to one another harmoniously. Multi-storey buildings with open courtyards seem to fit in the nature and are combined with an existing landscape environment in a uniform natural complex. The riverbed of the existing small river is supposed to be partially impounded for creation of full-fledged water landscape park. Reasonableness and laconism in a form and design are inherent in improvement and small architectural forms.
