“Dutch quarter” RC is the project of the decade

The residential compound "Dutch Quarter", designed by UNK project, became the best project of the decade in the nomination of "The best project in the country building" at a special anniversary PROESTATE AWARDS contest.
The award ceremony took place at the Moscow Shakti Terrace on September 15.
The federal competition was organized in honor of the 10th anniversary of the International Real Estate Investment Forum PROESTATE. The participants included the real estate market companies, acclaimed by professional society for the best projects and time-tested business reputation.

The residential compound "Dutch Quarter" is located on the outskirts of Moscow satellite town Ivanteyevka. The buildings 1-13 were completed in the summer of 2015 and the construction of the entire compound was completed in the 1st quarter of 2016.
The compound offers studios and accommodations of one, two or three rooms. The upper floors are allocated to the two-level apartments. According to the architectural concept, 11 types of houses have been developed. They differ from each other in finishing materials as well as height and pattern of windows.
