The residential complex “Dutch quarter” is the winner of Urban Awards 2015

The residential complex “Dutch quarter" designed by architectural bureau UNK project became the winner of the main award in the field of inhabited city real estate of Urban Awards 2015 in the nomination "Complex of the Year with the Best Architecture". The objects located in Moscow, Moscow area, St. Petersburg and other regions of the country acted as competitors for RC "Dutch Quarter". The team of jury was presented by the chief architect of Moscow Kuznetsov, S. O., the chief architect SUE NI and PI of the Master plan of the city of Moscow Gnezdilov, A. L., the minister of the construction complex of the Moscow region Pakhomov, S. A., etc. The developer of the project RC "Dutch Quarter" is JSC “Martin”. The residential complex is a part of the green and environmentally friendly city Ivanteevka which is located in the northeast of Moscow in 16 km from MKAD. The purpose of this work is the creation of available to citizens, the qualitative, power effective and environmentally friendly human habitat meeting high standards and having quality of social appeal with well- developed infrastructure and the constant contingent of inhabitants. The town-planning concept of the project is integration of space-planning structure of quarter into a landscape, achievement of balance of coexistence. Low residential buildings on the master plan are aimed at providing inhabited apartments with normalized insolation and good views.
