Yuliy Borisov took part in the roundtable “For Whom and How to Build Housing”

14.05.2017

Today, on May 14, under the Forum “Environment for Life. Apartment and city” the Pioneer Centre in Saratov held the round table “For whom and how to build housing” whose participants discussed the problem of urban development in the context of the theory of generations.

In his speech, Yuly Borisov spoke about his personal vision of generational features in the use of housing. In his opinion, in the past people laid down housing in such a way as to pass it to children. The modern generation embodies its ambitions and complexes in housing, and in the future people will no longer buy, but pay for using it, on the Plug & Play basis.

The forum “Environment for Life” is held on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and Housing Mortgage Lending Agency in conjunction with the Government of the Saratov region. The Program Directorate of the Forum is the Strelka Institute.
The first forum “Environment for Life” was held in Innopolis techno-park near Kazan in October 2016.
