The area is located in the central part of the IC Skolkovo and is the hub of pedestrian and transport routes.

The concept follows the idea of creating a central cluster to communicate and unite residential areas amidst am informal environment benign for creative and leisure facilities. The main feature is the central wedge-shaped square overlooking the park. The art extends beyond the walls of the buildings, interacting with pedestrians and merging ultimately with the exterior areas.

The changing exhibits located in the open cubic volumes seamlessly blend with the cantilevers of the buildings as if rendering them completely weightless due to thin frame supports interspersed with the objects of art.
